What does the treatment involve?
Every successful implant journey begins with a thorough dental examination.
This includes X-rays, dental scans, and a review of your medical history to assess your jawbone structure and determine if implant-supported dentures are right for you.
If implants are suitable, we’ll create a personalised All-on-Four or All-on-Six treatment plan tailored to your needs.
The implant procedure itself involves placing titanium implants into the jaw.
In most cases, a temporary denture is fitted immediately or shortly after surgery. Once the implants have fused with your jawbone over a few months, your custom-made removable dentures are attached securely to the implants.
At The Observatory, we also use advanced PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) techniques to potentially speed healing and reduce swelling after surgery.
Benefits of all-on-four & all-on-six
These state-of-the-art treatments offer many advantages compared to traditional dentures:
- Ease of use: Dentures can be inserted and removed easily, without adhesives.
- Secure fit: Implant-retained dentures feel more stable and natural.
- Enhanced comfort: Improved biting and chewing support.
- Better speech: The stability of implants can help with clearer pronunciation.
- More natural appearance: Custom-designed to look like real teeth.
- Bone preservation: Implants help reduce bone loss over time.
Many patients report a dramatic improvement in quality of life, confidence, and day-to-day comfort after treatment.
Same-day teeth
All-on-Four and All-on-Six treatments can also be performed as a “Same-day teeth” procedure.
With this approach, implants and temporary dentures are placed in a single appointment, giving you an immediate smile while your jawbone heals and integrates with the implants.
Over the following months, your custom dentures are fitted permanently, offering a long-term solution that combines function, aesthetics, and comfort.
