Inside, the practice offers a spacious entrance and reception, disabled toilet, waiting areas and three treatment rooms equipped with comfortable treatment chairs and ceiling TVs.
State-of-the-art Equipment
We use the latest digital technology to make your visits easier, more comfortable, and more precise. With tools like digital X-rays and the iTero 3D scanner, we can take quick, accurate scans of your teeth with no more messy impressions to create perfectly fitted crowns, dentures, and clear aligners.
Our Patients benefit from Guided Biofilm Therapy and Airflow® cleaning for the most effective hygiene treatments.
Matisse shade matching brings artistry to science, ensuring your crowns and veneers blend seamlessly with your natural teeth for a beautifully balanced, harmonious smile.
We’ve also introduced Pearl AI, a cutting-edge system that helps us read X-rays with even greater accuracy, so we can spot problems early and give you complete peace of mind about your dental health.
Easy Access
The Observatory is located on Western Terrace and easily found by car as it’s one of the main access roads to the town, just after the A29.
- Parking: There’s free on-street parking in the residential areas around the practice, and there’s paid parking at Falmouth rugby club, just a short walk away. We have a small car park on site reserved for our disabled patients.
- Wheelchair Access: Although the Observatory is a historical building, 2 of our surgeries have full wheelchair access.
- On Foot: We’re within walking distance of Falmouth town centre.
- By Bus: We’re a very short walk from the ‘Top of Killigrew Street’ bus stop. This stop is conveniently served by local Falmouth buses, as well as routes connecting to Penryn, Truro, Helston, Camborne, Redruth, the Lizard Peninsula, and the surrounding area.
- Train: The practice is half a mile from Penmere station, on the Falmouth branch line, which runs to Truro, where it connects to the main line to London.
- Ferry: We’re less than a mile from the ferry terminals for Flushing and St. Mawes.
